Monster Jam, Orlando 1/28 - PICS!
These are all taken with my Rebel XTi, 70-200/2.8L+1.4x kenko tc, f/4, 1/500th, iso 1600, no flash, then had some post processing donw to kill some of the iso noise. The panning shots are something like iso400 1/100th...
On the way in, one of the aisle ushers grabbed me and told me that I had to take the lens off my camera. I looked at him... thinking if he wanted me to go back to the car, or just take the lens off. They guy told me that any lens over 6" was considered a "professional lens" (which mine actually is), and that I could use the camera without that lens (duh... that doesnt work). I argued for like 10 seconds, then my buddy was like "JD, Just take the lens off". So I removed the lens, he said thank you, we went to our seats, I put the lens back on, and proceeded to shoot with it all night! Idiot staff...

Not really a monster truck fan these days. But that would have been a real blast to see. Your photos really captured the impact explosions.
