Categories and subcategories

Can you only do this when adding a gallery? I have already loaded several galleries and do not want to have to start over in order to do categories and subcategories.

Hi,

You are in luck If you need to create custom categories and subcategories, go into your control panel, scroll down to category and/or subcategory and create your custom ones. If you are going to use the default ones already available, that's fine, too.

Then go to one of your galleries, and underneath a photo click on gallery tools, then customize gallery. On the customize page that follows, at the top, pick your category and/or subcategory and then click save. Those galleries are now automagically in the new category.
