Flash bracket?

I'm doing another wedding in a few weeks and after watching the "Canon Speedlite 580EX/430EX - A practical guide for new owners of Canon Speedlites", I am looking at a cord and flash bracket for my 5d/580EX .
I found one by Stroboframe that gets decent reviews - and a cord by Adorama that has none - but I want to make sure i"m not making a mistake before I purchase...
Any suggestions? Comments? I'd love to hear 'em!
