    The selective coloring really doesn't work here.

    Remove it, and it will be a great portrait of your sister.

    I agree with Owen. Either go b&w or full color portrait. You sister is a pretty lady.

    Really? I like the selective colorizing here, and I think the b&w conversion is good. I might crop the right part out though-- I don't think the black edge there really contributes much to the weighting of the shot.

    make the eyes a bit brighter and more saturated and u got urself a very nice image :).

    I think the crop is right on, but think the shadows are a bit crushed, and think the selective coloring is quite distracting, and arbitrary. Its a great capture and has tons of potential.

    ETA, maybe clone out whatever's in the RH bottom corner, to give an all black background behind her. Seems like it would improve the composition greatly.
