Red X's in Buy Multiple Photos

I haven't seen a thread about this, and I emailed support once but they have so many other issues to deal with I don't know if they got to this one. I am using a custom domain (with GoDaddy) and at first the "buy multiple photos" didn't work at all saying that I hadn't enabled them for sale.
Well, that issue is now only half fixed-- it now goes to the bulk selection screen, but every single thumbnail for the photos is broken-- they either show up as all red X's in IE or just nothing at all in Firefox. Sometimes a few of them show up correctly (1 or 2) then the rest of the 600+ show up broken. You can still select them, and add them to your cart, but obviously that does no good if you can't see what photos you are adding.

I enabled some of my public galleries for printing briefly to check those out, and they show up correctly-- from what I can tell, it's only the password protected galleries that end up with the broken thumbnails. Also, I was having this problem before the "new" smugmug came along. It happens on multiple computers/browsers/ISP's.
Everything works fine if people go there from the regular smugmug domain of http://beyondthewell.smugmug.com, but it's inconvenient and annoying to tell people to re-enter the site through there. (Which I already have a note on all my wedding galleries because they'd already been told to go to my custom domain before all these issues came up.)
Anyone else experiencing this? I would really like this thing to get fixed-- it's literally been months!
