Help (tutorial) on how to emulate the bleach bypass technique!

I have seen this technique get done on film (photo and movies) and I really like it, I like the silver shine that the picture gets while doing the bleack skip.
Anyway, I was trying to do a research on how to emulate this on photoshop, but I haven't had any luck at all. So, I post at Dgrin to know how to do it, because everyone here are friendly
