Selling Photo not a priceing but a condition question

Hi there!

I'm a guy who shoots concerts for a city's student event website.
Every once in a while a Bands come to me and ask for permission
to use their photos.

So it happens that a spanish band, which I covered last Friday,
wants to use images for an article that they're going to send to
their promotion contacts in Spain.

This is the first time I've been asked for this kind of usage and I'm
trying to get an Idea of what I'm selling them so that I can set
them a price accordingly.

Is it effectively a press photo that they want? Is it possible to put
a time limit on the usage of the photo, say 1 year? I was thinking
to give them 800x600 images for their purposes, reducing price and
limiting usage.

Any advice on this highly is welcome!
