    I see the Hughes family got to see whales!!!! I love Maui. Did you have a good trip? Nice shots!

    Saw whales all day almost every day. It was a great trip...

    Holy cow! Its Ed! Long time no see buddy. Glad your trip to paradise went well. Did Jaws or any other surf break while you were out there?

    I'll be up there on the 24th and 25th to give Horsetail a shot. What day are you going to be up there?

    Most of the surf was completely closed out while I was there, very big waves, just saw folks standing with thier boards looking for a break.

    My eyes lit up when I saw this thread. I am going to Maui in May! I am really excited about it, and I am sure that I will come back with a couple thousand pictures haha. :) Very nice shots by the way.

    I'm aiming for 21st-23rd to be up there, but if the weather looks bad (not warm enough to start the falls correctly) then I might postpone until the 25th-27th. Send me a PM and lets see if we cant meet up thumb.gif

    By the way, 3 of the 9 days I was in Oahu last month were similar to that conditions where there was too much wind to go with the waves and everything was closed-out and clean-up sets. Did you get to see the windsurfing area over there at Hookipa Beach by chance? That has some of the best talent in the world.
