Order Hasn't Shipped - Almost a Week

Hi!
I e-mailed the help desk yesterday, but I'm thinking my work e-mail may be blocking any reply from them. So, I'll ask here.
On Feb. 2nd I pressed the Ship It button on Order #241458 but, it still today says that it's "Printing and Processing". Is this just a matter of the Status not updating or is this order in limbo? This is on account http://www.phyxius.smugmug.com
I've never had this problem before, so I'm sure it's just a little glitch.

Can you look into order #932855 as well? It was ordered on March 25, but today (13 days later) it's still showing as "Printing & Processing". This client had reported a long delay in a previous order as well.

We apologize for the lack of information in your order. It was shipped, first class mail March 26th. Your client should receive her order by Thursday, the 9th. If it doesn't arrive by then, will you have her email us at the help desk? We'll need her to confirm the delivery address in her order is correct. Once we have that, we'll have her order reprinted for her.
