Hi again!

Two questions:
1) How do I get paid? I have a balance on my account since December but I don't now how to "cash out"

2) A friend of mine used my smugmug referral number to open an account, but my account doesn't reflect the referral. Maybe he is in a trail period?

Hi Nathalie

Please make sure you have sent us your W-9 Then just send a request to: showmethemoney@smugmug.com

We send checks out during the 1st week of every month. So get your request (and W-9 if req'd) in by the end of the month and you will be on the March check list.



Regarding your 2nd question. It looks like Paul is still in the trial phase. So no referral credit yet. You can check this in the Referral detail section (in your Control Panel).
