iVMP help with keywording

I'm trying to get iView Medie Pro to let me use numeric keywords surrounded in quotes (such as "1") but it keeps throwing away the quotes on me. Help!

OK, so I did a little experiment and entered it as '"1"' (that is "1" surrounded by single quotes, if that's the correct name) and it was accepted as "1". You can try it for yourself.

BTW. Why do you need to enter keyword surrounded in qoutes? Just curious.

I have tried it. Didn't work for me. Hence the question.

Because Smugmug will not accept keywords that are pure numbers unless they are surrounding in quotes. "1" versus 1.

Perhaps you are using different version of iView Media Pro? Mine is: Version 3.1.2 build 42D4. I'm using Mac version.

Mac as well (of course!) Version 3.1 build 42AB. Maybe I should update.

Still the same problem. Maybe its because I already have a keyword as 18 and I'm trying to add "18".
