Andy - Login help Desperately needed!

i cant login at smugmug.com
i dont remember changing my email or password..
it says my email doesnt exist... im really confused as to where my pictures are.....


help!

    Troy,

    You don't need your email. Instead of email, just put your nickname, and then put your password in the password field. See if that helps.

    im getting scared all my pictures are gone.....:cry

    I didn't know I can log in with just my nickname. I always thought I had to type my email address in. That's cool. I learn something new every day.

    i must have somehow changed my email address and didnt remember doing it....
    dont ya hate when that happens!
    BTW, usuually when you change an email a notice is sent to your email box to confirm. doesnt that happen with smugmug?

    Just as a side note, you can use your smugmug nickname (eg. windoze) in place of using your email address on the login screen.

    Makes life alot easier.

    And, to anyone reading this thread, you can always get a new password mailed to you, by clicking "lost password" after you put your email address or nickname in the login box....
