Wedding Photographers: Opinions on Cornerstone albums please?

Good evening,

We've been looking at Cornerstone and Zookbinder for a new album. Zookbinder seems to have a more widely known reputation and a great website for the bride to visit. We like the idea of a custom cover as Cornerstone offers. Pricing seems to be similar. . .
Regarding Cornerstone:
How's their customer service?
Was the book/album quality what you expected?
Other thoughts?
