It doesn't load properly for me either. Minutes go by and all I see are a couple thumbs. Other Smugmug galleries load fine.

    Is this a new gallery?

We could try some things, but a question first: is reuploading the images to a new gallery an option?

Hi Andy, yes it's a new gallery. It was uploaded a week or so ago.
Reuploading the images is an option, but I was more concerned as to why they have gone wrong, and what I might have done.

    Thanks

I don't think you did anything wrong.
Please do reupload, don't touch the gallery - I want our engineers to see it, it may help them with troubleshooting.

    Thanks.

The only thought I had was that I watermarked the gallery and then rotated some photos straight after.

Ummm I'm not sure. I think about 20 or so. I'll have to double check tonight.

    Hey Nimai,

Good question. My best guess is that the images got "hung up" while rotating. We still had the original image, no problem, but we were having trouble serving up the display sizes. I went in and rotated the images again (using the photo tool), and that forced us to generate new display sizes, fixing the problem.

    I hope that helps!

I've got another 'hung up' gallery.

Edit: and another one ... http://lsv.smugmug.com/gallery/1585584#76848480

Any thoughts on how this happens ?

Not sure, have you been rotating these images more than once?

the ones that didn't show were all rotated incorrectly. I rotated them correctly, and they seemed to work fine now.

OT: I took the quantcast code you had in your JS, and put it in your footer. You can put it back in the JS if you prefer, but you need to get rid of the script tags then thumb.gif

    Hi Ivar,

Thanks for that. The images had only been uploaded.

And thanks for moving the Quantacast stuff. I was playing around and forgot it was there.

Any thoughts on how to fix this in future ? Everytime I try to rotate the photos FF locks up and I have to crash out to get anywhere.
