Brief story -- hubby was pulling into the space next to this handicap parking spot so I could hop out and photograph some daffodils and he commented on the sign. Of course I had to take its picture. From the rust dripping down from the bolts it's been there awhile. Except for increasing the contrast of the two signs, there was no other photoshop work done to this photo.
