These little guys always drop in to say "Hi" when I go for my Sat. morning hike. They're really hard to photograph because they won't sit still :scratch . I usually get a lot of shots of tail feathers but this one insisted.

I like the lighting and the feather detail is nice. They are such cute little birds...wish we had them here. :D (Nice bokeh, too!)

Thankyou very much. That lttle Sigma is not bad as long as you stop down a bit and on the E1 body it becomes a 110-400mm so the depth of field is pretty shallow even at f8

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I can feel the texture in the feathers. Very nice chickadee.
