Single gallery in category

I use categories to organize my galleries. But one category has only one gallery. Is there a way to show that gallery immediately when the category is selected, instead of showing the page with the single gallery listing? It is an unneeded screen / step.

Or maybe there is a better way to do it? I am talking about my 'recent shots' gallery.

    Move the gallery up one level, you now have it in a sub-category and that's
    whats showing under the category.

    Sorry Allen - I don't follow you. As far as I know, I don't use sub-categories so I don't know how to 'move up one level'.
