Selling photographs

A few people have suggested (friends, family, etc.) that I should think about setting up a booth at some art fairs this summer and selling my photographs. Has anyone ever done this? Did you find it was worth your time? I personally wouldn't be at the booth my mother loves doing those shows and stuff like that so Id pay her to go and handle everything there while I went off and played with my expensive toys (cameras, cars, electronics, etc). Just wanting some feedback to knwo whether or not I should even give it a consideration. I'm not to worried bout making huge profits as long as expenses get covered and it gets some of my work out there so I can see if anyone likes it. :dunno:scratch:bow :deal
