Is there a way to change the time zone for the updated time? When signed out the categories show PST and the galleries show CST. However, when signed in, all shows CST. CST is what I would like to have.

FYI, the time shows as local time, that is, the time that is set on your computer. So that also means that if you have the time set incorrectly, it will update incorrectly as well.
