Last Friday I left work at 3 p.m and decided to go hit the Basin for a few Friday afternoon snaps, A great blue Heron gave me a run for my money as did a black crowned night Heron, Saturday was kind of slow, the Hummers were cooperating as well as the ducks, Hope you like these.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Great shots, Froggy. I think I like the hummer's best. You really caught them in their element.

So what's happening to the Sepulveda basin? More clear cutting by the Army Corps of Engineers?

    Regards,
    -joel

The amount of foot traffic along the backside of the Lake is rediculous, there are very little posted signs to keep out of there, also the number of dogs off leash chasing the birds is out of control, you know the same old crap.

I wish that they would police that area, Hispanics fishing, I caught two guys over there on Friday setting rabbit snares and throwing rocks at the squirls etc etc etc.
