Hello

I have a "Image ZFD-80" flash unit I bought close on 15 years ago. It has M and TTL, has a little hole on the front next to the letters TTL (don't know if this is a sensor or what). The flash can be extended outward from Wide to Standard and Telephoto and has full manual settings including DIN/ISO, Auto Range and a button to select W1, W,S,T.

I don't know the brand of it and need instructions.

It works with my s7000 camera but I can't work out how to set it as lost instructions years ago.

Can help appreciate. I can email u front and back pics if they didn't attach to this thread.

Many thanks
Confused (Bruce)

I found out the answer to my question from a great camera shop called Wellington Photographic Supplies in Wellington, NZ. The dials on the back of the flash are just guides and have no effect on how the flash actually works. The only buttons that do are on the front and the / TTL buttons. The Image flash is a generic device marketed under 4 different trading names over the years and now retail in NZ for $80. They can beam the flash up to 60 ft.
