14547530-L.jpgShem Creek from the other side, makes a better sunset, I was going to leave until I saw the fine cloud cover.........that usually makes a good sunset. I really wanted a bird. This photography business is so unpredictable.

Shrimp boats at the end of the creek, on the edge of the harbor.

I took a record shot. A shrimp boat close on my right, the sunset over the harbor with the shrimp boats at the end. Then another dock with a difficult to see brown pelican on it.
After all is said and done, it is the sweet tea.

I like this one best of the ones I have worked up. I had to really stop the lens down to get it and the top one, too.

This one below is the color right out of my camera. I never know how much I should lighten them. I want some foreground detail, but it may be diminishing the colors. The sky was as on fire............

Very Nice Gingerthumb.gif I have had nothing but flat dull grey light here for a few days and it is not very picture friendly. I can live vicariously through the light of others here on DGrin :D
Message to the weather gods ... please send light my way.

OK... That's it. I'm frustrated with winter here... Everything is ice or mud. Now I have to go search for something to take a picture of. Ginger, these are wonderful shots. Please don't enter them into the challenge. I'm jealous.

    peace.
