The Land Before Time.....

I took this shot while on the Seattle-Bremerton Ferry. If you look close and use a little imagination, these industrial behemoths look like Dinosaurs :) Hence the title.

    yup...i agree. We have the same setup over in Oakland, CA. Lucas got the idea of the Star Wars Imperial walkers from them. I think.

    Your right it does look like a bunch of Dinosaurs :D you have a good imagination.... kinda scary when other people can see it too aint it rolleyes1.gif

    I love your post-processing on these. Very dramatic!

    We have similar cranes in the Baltimore Harbor but I've never managed to get very close!

    I'm not really a landscape photographer, but every now and then I like to get some of the genre. The processing was mainly dodge and burn using curves adjustment layers. The exposure was also a bit off in the original so I duplicated the original and used screen blending mode to bring out midtones and highlights and just masked out the parts I didnt want affected.
