I did a search for this both here, at the Digital Grin, and from Google, against the DGrin site, and I couldn't find this referenced previously.

Apparently, there is something called, "EOS DIGITAL PHOTO GUIDEBOOK FOR PROFESSIONALS", which is available for $20 USD in a printed version.
