Uploader Problems

I have been experiencing uploader problems over the past week. When I use the Universal Drag and Drop, the "Upload in Progress Bar" fills up immediately showing that all files have been transfered. (In the past the progress was slow and steady but I could see that photos were being uploaded) It then stays filled up for an extremely long period of time. Usually I then get a message stating the file(s) were not received. I then try again the next day and end up with doubles of photos in my gallery. I have tried other uploaders and have experienced problems and/or prefer to use the Universal Drag and Drop method.

I am using Firefox. Just tried the Internet Explorer uploader and the same thing happened?

I am trying to load multiple photos now. The top bar on the "Upload in Progress" window is full and the bottom bar shows very little progress and is just holding still on the same photo.
