Share your PS Color Settings

My first posting seems to be a hard one to answer. I assume that several in this forum use EZPrints for printing some if not all of their pictures. I am having some challenges with my settings/results and would appreciate to hear from some PS CS users obtaining good results with EZPrints to share their PS Color Settings. Below in green are listed the options I am interested in. Please reply with how do you have them set. Thanks
