Can't Open www.smugmug.com At All

One of my viewers cannot open www.smugmug.com at all. She tried in either IE and Firefox. None of them work with. All she gets are the boxes without the pictures.

What settings should she watch out for in either Firefox or IE?

It's possible that she's behind a corporate firewall that's blocking access to us. Can you get more details?
