cant watermark

i have the top smug mug account and cannot seem to work the water marking any more. I set it to watermark when i add photos and set it to my custom C watermark yet only the first photo is ever water marked. when i click the picture customisation bit, ass water mark is not availible either

But usually, the reason is, that the photos aren't large enough to watermark. Are they over 800px on the longest side? http://www.smugmug.com/help/custom-watermark-protection
