shipping date

how can we see when an order ships to the customer? Sales details doesn't show the date, just a 'shipped' status. I'm also assuming, from what i've been able to find, the customer would have gotten an email telling them their pics have been shipped, correct?

I would just like to know so i can follow up with the customer.

Any chance the date can be added to the 'status' field or to also rec'v a CC'd email of the shipping notification that is sent to the customer?

I searched the forums and found this... there was no reply. I too would
really like to see the "ship date" on the orders page, where it says "status: shipped".

Any word on this?

I too would like to see the ship date on the details page.
My client said the shipping time when she placed the order, was 2 to 3 weeks. That seems like a really long time to ship an order. Does that ship time sound right?
Just for note, I have no "proof-days" set.

The answer is, it depends. If the customer chose Economy shipping, This is just USPS first class mail. It is our least expensive shipping, but can take up to 14 days to reach you and has no tracking number. This is not us, it's the postal service.

The vast majority of economy orders do arrive in just a few days though.

Oh yeah, I understand about the USPS. I was referring to the order date until order actually shipped. 2 to 3 week printing time?

Hi, no, printing time is 1-2 days in-lab.
