I agree, the really sad thing is it probably IS real and the writer just has no clue how a) stupid he is and b) what a shock he will get when trying to push that train of thought.

That's been around before. IIRC the owner of the images emailed them back with some copyright information. The complainer then got angrier and said he was going to sue. Then the owner basically said, go get a lawyer and get back to me!

Could you imagine the lawyer trying to keep a straight face trying to explain this?
