Out in the snow

While cleaning up from today's snow (~10"), I had my 717 and 383 with me. I took some pics of the kids and some came out pretty well. For this one, I bounced the flash off of the house. How's it look?

It looks great. Really nice color and expression. And I like how the background looks desaturated.
