Philips HDD1830/17 adding Pics

I got this MP3 player and it has option to add pics but nobody I talk to that has similar player knows how to add the pics.

Even went thru tutorial online....NADA.

Anyone have info on this?

Yup....still NADA.
I'm not the only one with this problem so it's probably a universal goof.
