Comcast Cable problem?

Newbie to the forums, smugmug user since Oct 03' without any problems:thumb . A few months ago I installed Comcasts toolbar on my desktop and I started to receive a lot of 'can not find page' errors, when working with Smugmug. While in Florida a few weeks ago with my laptop I was able to download, edit, view, etc. around 500 pictures without any problems at all. The difference no Comcast toolbar on my laptop.
Get home, same problems with using my desktop and Smugmug, remove the toolbar and no problems! I did contact Comcast and they seem to think it's not a toolbar problem. I like their toolbar, it's a free service, provides virus, popup protection and more.
So to my question..Anyone else have a problem with Comcasts or another toolbar after its been installed while using Smugmug??

So, wait - removing the toolbar causes you to have no troubles, yes?
Is it with IE and Firefox, or just IE?
On my test systems, I have loads of toolbars installed, no problemo.
