I first met Mike while volunteering at a local community mealsite in my hometown. Mike allowed me to photograph him on the condition that he could sketch my likeness with charcoal as he is quite the talented artist. great pic. his face has so much character.
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me

Leroys, great first shot to post here. A really nice B&W, and what great character you've captured. Old, lined and compassionate face. Excellent stuff. Welcome to dgrin! thumb.gif
