I might not be able to spell aperture (see technique thread), but I can spell french! four years of it...hahah.

it's Deja Vu - Deja = Already and Vu = past participle of to see (saw/seen)

    Deja Vu = already seen

by the way, I do remember this thread from before actually! and I got an email from photojojo about this. but hey, no harm in re-reminding people!

Interesting idea but I bet they're not very effective at protecting your front lens element :D

And just a side note, I loose stuff on shoots all the time (I once lost a softbox eek7.gif), but since the lens hood is just about ALWAYS on the lens (either inverted or for shooting)-- I find lens hoods pretty difficult to misplace. My Canon hood's also fit nicely as 'bracelets' if I'm shooting with a polarizer or ND grad filter.

But still... just goes to show you can find just about anything on the internet!

Actually, its thrice this has been mentioned here, but that's besides the point.

The point is that when you find a source for free lenses* I can print up and use, I will buy you a case of beer, wine, or whatever I can afford on my low salary.

*lenses don't mean pinhole lenses. Real as in L-quality stuff.

Yeah, but isn't it considered misspelled without the two accents? :D
