Priviet, dear friends-DGriners!
This time - dull and cloudy winter-spring day.
I tried different color temperatures here -
shoot in RAW, so can make 'All I want' :-)

Naturaly her skin is rather pale .. - so I decided to add some degrees... (photo 1). Phot 2 is closer to natural colors.
and... Yes, I know - Young ladies and b&w are not pairs :-)... but still...
3.
What do you think?

I'm coming over to your place and photograph these beautiful young ladies. I like all 3 Yuri. That first one.....her eyes grabbed my attention. Nicely done! I do like the B&W as well.

I think the skin tones in #1 are perfect. Just a little flattering but not overdone.

Technically both images are spot on, however the lady's expression on the first image is not very flattering. It's nither hot or cold and borders on contempt. This is even more evident in the black and white conversion. Second photograph is much better in that respect, its warmer in nature and looks like she has relaxed a bit.

Your model is gorgeous, and the sharpness, the composition (especially in the second where you lead the eyes to your model's, from left to right) are all really something. Her expressions on the photos are really sober, very serious really, but I think that fits her.
Great work!
Thanks for sharing it with us!
Cheers!
