Smug is getting kinda slow again....

My connection is good - showing a consistant 5MB's from the east coast to all speakeasy test servers.

Right after the upgrade the system was BLAZING fast... and know we are back to 10-15 second load times, with the occasional timeout.

Anything up?

(uttenweiler.smugmug.com & retrospective.smugmug.com if you want to look at my sites, but I tried to load Andy's up and I get the same results.)

    Hi kres, sorry you are experiencing slowness. Can you do two things, and send the info to our help desk:
    1) a speedtest: http://smugmug.speedtest.net/

    2) a traceroute from you to www.smugmug.com

    If you need instructions on a traceroute, email help http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal

    I'm traveling so this is the quickest way right now to get you sorted. Thanks!
