Across the street instead of my back yard

I was doing some yard work this morning and heard a screech from across the street. When I looked up there was this hawk sitting in the top of a tall tree behind my neighbors house. He was kind enough to stay there while I went inside and got my camera, changed lens and got back out side to try and get a couple of decent pictures. I'm not sure but I believe that this is a red-shouldered hawk.

I'm almost positive you are correct in that it is a Red Shouldered Hawk. What a nice catch.
