This is my first time posting pictures. I was at mile 24.2 where my church was playing music for the runners. Here are a few of my pictures. I'm still new to photography but I would love some comments on the pictures.

G'day bassett...if i was to critique then i would say to get in a lot closer. I know this is really easy to say but you need a photo to grab people & if there isnt anything in a sports shot that is death defying then i always try & get face shots as people will always be working hard.

Mile 24.2
Marathons are 26 miles, 385 yards (26.2 miles). I have completed 4 of them. My wife has competed 2. We are grandparents and rewtired from marathons a few years ago. Although we have talked about alternatives. At 24 miles most are determined to finish. Legs are either on automatic pilot or strongly protesting. I would encourage you to try to catch the facial expressions.

Thank you Gus and Hounddog, I was thinking that no one was going to give any advice on the pictures! Better pics next year!
