This was an interesting catch. The guy was laying down napping, and then started to pack up his gear later. He actually sales pictures on the sidewalk. :thumb

    Can't be Andy, no food......
    It is the purpose of life that each of us strives to become actually what he is potentially. We should be obsessed with stretching towards that goal through the world we inhabit.

    I didn't talk to the guy since I shot this from the car. If I ever see him again I will be sure to chat, though. I'd like more info on that old brick size camera he has, too. :D

    I have zero knowledge of film cameras or their history. Heck, This D80 is my first DSLR.

    I'm clueless on this one. eek7.gif I guess I'll google it later tonight. :D

    yes the "brick sized " camera is a TLR.....it could be any of a dozen different types...if it is a yashica it is a pre 124G....could also be a 620 format....but I am guessing if he still uses it it is 120 or 126 ....
    I have working RicohFlex that looks a lot like that....{NOTE TO SELF...SELF YOU gotta start unloading my collectables real soon}

    Good pics.........thumb.gif

    Thanks for the info! You should take photos of your old cameras and post them up! They're interesting to us rookies! :D

    rolleyes1.gifLook! It's a real starving artist!

    :photoThe TLR reminds me of the musty old “brownie camera” at my grandmothers house.
