Permitted Use of Smugmug's Embedded Photos

I would like to use Smugmug's images of apparell, accesories, gifts, etc in an advertising broucher for my photography business which is/will be hosted on here. Is that permitted? Any written agreement required? Also, can we use them on our site? Im not planning on that, just thinking out loud.
