Just curious about the turn times for SmugMug print orders.
I ordered my first prints from SmugMug on 03/08/07 (SmugMug Order #261793) and I have just recieved an email today (03/21/07) saying they have shipped.
Is this a normal turn time for SM orders?

Thanks in advance for your answer!

    Hi Jon,

No- it's certainly not. Normally it's 1-2 days in-lab and then out the door to you. There must've been a lab glitch with this, and for that we apologize. We do hundreds of thousands of orders a year, sometimes one here or there is in a snafu - this one falls in that category.

I voided the charge, so there'll be no cost to you for this order.

    Sorry for the hassle :(

    Thanks Andy.
I figured that was the case.
Thanks for the refund as well.

    All the best.

    SloYerRoll,

I had a similar problem and Andy and the team took care of it right away.
I've ordered tons of prints and never had a problem until that one.

Andy and the support team were right on top of it and took care of things.
With their volume of business, things can sometimes happen, but they always do what it takes to make it right.

You've made a great choice with Smugmug and I am definately renewing my account.
