I wanted to publicly give praise and thanks to Steve C. and the Smugmug Customer Support section. I had a customer that did not receive an order that had shipped - apparently it was lost in the mail. She called me today. I emailed Smugmug, and in less than an hour received a reply that the print lab had been contacted to reprint the order and ship it.

Andy - here's another "feather in your cap" comment! I just found out from the client that she received her prints in SATURDAY'S mail! :wow That means, when I contacted Smugmug Customer Service on Thursday, the order must have been reprinted, and shipped out either SAME DAY or NEXT DAY, with expedited delivery. This was done without a request from me - all part of Smugmug's very obvious committment to superlative customer service.
