Hi All,

Shot this one yesterday in Sydney. It is an advertisement flag on a light pole for an exhibition for something???

The flag was backlit by the sun, I thought the scene looked a little better in real life but not sure if the PP has ruined it or made it better?

Your comments on how to improve this type of shot would be appreciated.

Cheers,
W00DY

    Thanks Gus,

I think you are right, I think it was the back of it rolleyes1.gif ... Probably should have taken more notice when I took the shot, then again if I had have take it from the other side it would not have been backlit by the sun which I think is what I like about it.

Looking at it again I should probably crop the black bit from the top left as well...

    Cheers.

I wouldnt crop it myself. I think its got its own merit with the angles. You dont want his head too cramped & it gives the shot some more aspect.

Easily fixed in PP, just flip the image.

Can you do this in Aperture? If so how? I'd like to give it a try.

    Cheers.
