Snowy owl from Quebec...

Yes we do still have snow near Quebec city. Two days ago, I went to shoot a very spectacular bird. It was a first for me. Im a biginer with bird. And im not equip very well but im still happy with those.

    Terrific images and what a beautiful bird. Looks like you were fairly close....are snowy sightings out in the open like this common? :saurora

    Thanks a lot for youre comment. Saint-Vallier (its the place i went to shoot that owl) is recognized for having couple of white owl during the winter. But at the and of March, they are going up north. Last week-end , theyre was only 3 left. So i feel lucky for having the chance to spend 3 hours with one of them.

    Formidable! Tres bien!

    These are really great Ben. Used to have a snowy that sat on a lamppost near my old workplace. Never got a good shot of it, certainly not like these.

    They are beautiful birds!
