Processing and Printing????

Hello all,

I had placed an order for some pictures on my smugmug account and they have been processing and printing since March 12th.... Does this seem normal?

I am wondering becuase my sister-in-law ordered some pictures last monday, and she is leaving on a scrapbook weekend, and she wanted to have the pictures by this Friday, and I am starting to wonder if they will make it. She did choose one day shipping?

Any Thoughts?
