I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone can answer. My gallery is at www.klimon.com.
Here are my questions:
Here are my questions:
- I've set up custom pricing for everything. And everything is showing up as it should, EXCEPT for the sweatshirts. They aren't showing up at all. Any ideas why?
- Is there any sort of option for offering discounts for bulk purchasing. For example, I'm selling photos of youth sports. I want to encourage people to spend more $ and buy in bulk, and I'm willing to offer a discount, but I couldn't see any option for that sort of thing on the site.
- Is there any sort of option for offering package deals (ala a portrait studio)? For example, 4 wallets, 4 4x6, 1 5x7 and an 8x10. Or some combination. Again, I don't see any sort of option to do that, but would really like to be able to do that.
- Is there any way to just get proof delay on certain sizes. Given that my EOS 1DsMII shoots in 4x6 ratio, anything that is in that ratio is already cropped as I would like it. However, with 5x7 and 8x10, you lose length on the long side. I would like to recrop for those sizes only. Or can I upload different images for different aspect ratios? Or some other creative solution to the problem. I know that you've got some bright minds working for you.

Upload your full size files, smash them, and then you can check crops when the customer orders

Is there any chance you can provide us with an rough ETA on packages/discounts? Is it definitely on the upgrade list? If so, are you workign on it for release this year? Is it in a five year plan? I don't want to go to another/more expensive solution just so I can offer packages/discounts. My business partner is really antsy over this. Anything you can do to allay the concern would be greatly appreciated.
