Yep your right anwmn1, you do not have to have a dedicated Macro Lens,
to produce Macro shots, as you have clearly displayed here

Post processing for me is very basic- since I do not know squat about PS.
These were only done with Iphoto - crop, sharpen, and slight adjustment to exposure.
