    Carlo I love this photo. iloveyou.gif One suggestion is to use curves to bring out his face more or use shadow/highlight to bring out the shadows and work with the highlights. It is a great tool but think it is only available in CS2 or 3. This man has such a great face!

    Actually I've already used the shadow/highlight function (in Lab, L channel), and -to tell the truth- at a certain point I thought I recovered too much!

    I like the B&W. The first pic has those two bright color spots on the left which is a bit distracting. You could selectively desaturate those spots and tone them down a bit. I really like the color that's in his shirt.
