I've only shot one wolf spider and I was stunned that they had so much hair -like fur! According to a program that I was watching on Animal Planet spiders, for all those eyes, don't really see very well. But they can sense changes in air pressure with their hair and detect movement...
A wolf spider (cropped) and a small crab spider (uncropped).
Liked the eye lashes on the wolf spider

Cool Spider Faces.......... I like both of them
The second shot of the Crab Spider looks like a frog face
I love it .... yep the faces are just amazing on spiders and bugs.

I'm still waiting for the wolf spiders to start their mating antics- they are really funny with all the arm waving semaphore they use .
